I ordered dinner through charleys and overall it was a smooth experience. The menu loaded without any problems, and checkout was quick, which was nice. I think my pickup time was a little off, or maybe they were just running behind, but the food was still hot when I got it and everything in the order was correct. I’d probably use it again.

Stopped by Charleys for lunch and the food was fine, like nothing amazing but decent. My order came out quick, and the staff was nice, so that part was good. The dining area though… I don’t know, it just felt a little messy. Some tables had crumbs on them and one of the trash bins was getting full. Not a terrible visit or anything, just seemed like they needed to wipe things down more often, especially when it gets busy.

The prices felt fair to me because you’re getting what you pay for and nothing felt overpriced or like I was being pushed into spending more than I needed, which I really appreciated...

I ordered from Charleys and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. It was busy, but they still smiled, answered my question, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The food was good too, but the service is really what stood out to me. I’m giving 4 stars just because the wait was a little longer than I expected

The portions were seriously huge, which was great in one way because you definitely get a lot of food for your money. At the same time, it was almost more than I could handle, and I ended up feeling a bit overwhelmed by the amount. Not a bad thing exactly, just something to know before you order.

Went in thinking it would be quick. It wasn’t. Just kind of stood around waiting longer than I expected, checking the time, wondering what was going on. The pickup did happen eventually, but yeah... it definitely took longer than it should have...

My order came almost exactly how I picked it, which was nice. They did forget one sauce, but the food was right, so it wasn’t a big deal

I tried the lemonade and really enjoyed it. It tasted fresh, wasn’t overly sweet, and the amount of ice was just right. From my experience, it’s a solid choice if you want something refreshing. I do wish the cup felt a little bigger for the price, but the flavor was definitely good

I’ve ordered from charleys.com a few times now, the speed has been consistent. My food has usually been ready sooner than I expected, which I appreciate because I don’t really like standing around or feeling like I’m wasting my time.
The ordering and pickup process has been smooth for me so far. I still check my order before leaving, just to be safe, but I haven’t had any big issues with anything being off or taking too long.
I’m not trying to make it sound perfect or overhype it, but when I need something quick and dependable, it’s been a solid option. For a quick meal, I like that it’s simple and doesn’t turn into a whole situation

There are a lot of choices, which is nice because I don’t get bored with it. I’ll start looking through everything and then end up finding something new to try, so... yeah, it keeps things interesting for me.

I ordered from charleys i was surprised by how hot everything still was when it got to me. Like actually hot, hot. The fries were warm and crispy, not soggy at all like you get from some places. The cheesesteak was even steaming a little when I opened it, and it tasted really fresh. Such a simple thing, but it really, really makes a difference. Easy 5 stars from me.

Everything tasted super fresh, esp the veggies and the bread. My cheesesteak wasnt soggy or like it had been sitting around, which I really appreciated. Happy with it overall and I’d def order again.

Ordered from Charleys Philly Steaks and the food came out hot and tasted good. Wait was kinda longer than I thought it’d be, maybe like 15-20 mins, but the staff was nice about it. Not really a big deal, I just prob wouldn’t stop in if I was in a rush.

Ordered from charleys.com and it showed up fast. The fries were a little soft by the time everything got here, but the sandwich was still warm and tasted good. Driver had no trouble finding my place either. I’d order again.

The staff were polite and got things done fast. Nothing fancy to explain, really, they were just quick, helpful, and easy to deal with.

I tried the fries they were super crispy and tasty. They were a little on the salty side, but not enough to ruin them at all. I’d still happily order them again.

I’ve gotten Charleys Philly Steaks a bunch of times now. Different days, different moods. It’s usually consistent. Sandwiches taste how I expect them to, fries are normally hot, which matters a lot to me. The wait can drag a little sometimes. Mostly when it’s busy. Not terrible, just one of those “okay, this is taking a minute” situations. Staff is hit or miss depending on the location too. Some are really nice, some are just kind of there. But I still keep going back. It’s not perfect. Nothing fancy. Just reliable enough when I want something quick and I don’t feel like guessing
